How far in advance may I reserve a date?

We have clients that have booked up to 2 years in advance. Do keep in mind there will be a price adjustment applied due to forecasted costs in year of your event.

What are the payment expectations?

We ask for monthly payments, and that the balance is paid one week before your event.

Do you require a Security Deposit to hold a date?

Yes, we ask for a $500.00 deposit.

  • $350.00 of your deposit is applied towards security and cleaning.
  • $150.00 of your deposit will refunded if no damages.

Can I bring my own vendors and caterer? Is there a surcharge for this?

You may bring your own vendors, we do not limit our clients to use our services exclusively. We ask that your vendors respect and treat our venue as if it is their own.

There are no further charges or additional fees if you choose to bring your own vendors.

I see you guys are BYOB. Am I limited to the amount of beer or alcohol I can bring?

There is no limit on beer and alcohol. Bottled beer is not permitted, beer cans only. Liquor bottles must be brought in advance of event and stored in in the bar area only. Liquor bottles are not allowed at tables.

How early can I access the venue the day of my event?

We provide access to the ballroom at 11am CST on the date of your event. We also permit you access to the venue on the day before as long as there is no event.

What is your seating capacity?

Maximum seating occupancy is 400 guests.

What is your parking lot capacity?

There is over 170 parking spaces all along the front and both sides of the venue.

What is all included in the basic rental of the Venue?

Venue, tables, Chiavari chairs and uplighting.

Do my vendors and I have to remove all items by the time that we agreed the event would end?

No, we allow you and your vendors time to collect your belongings. We ask that the music ends and your guest begin to exit for the evening at the agreed time set prior to the event.
